LOW BACK EXERCISES



EACH EXERCISE SHOULD HOLD FOR 30 SEC TO 60 SEC
REPEAT IT FOR 10 TIMES
TAKE REST IN BETWEEN EXERCISES
DO NOT FAST UP THE EXERCISES STEADY AND CALM COMFORT SHOULD BE MAINTAINED THROUGH THE EXERCISES
